Draper getting Utah's first ThrUTurn intersection - 01/26/11 06:32 PM
Also known as a Michigan U-Turn the new ThrUTurn will be coming to Draper, UT. It is going to go in at the intersection of 12300 South and State Street. To view the project you can go to www.udot.utah.gov/thruturn, where they have a video simulation. The design has been successfully implemented in other states and is designed to help improve traffic flow. The idea of puttting a ThrUTurn in this area is due to the excessive delays during peak travel times. This was the most practical of all the options and would have the lowest impact on local business.

FHA Update - 01/14/11 07:54 PM
Just in!! FHA is making it easier to get a home loan. How? credit scores of 500 or better can buy with 10% down, and 600 or better cany buy with 3.5% down. This includes closing costs which may be paid by the seller. With economists forecasting a flat market to a 3% gain for Utah this year this will not make the market jump, but help some buyers.
