Our company sends out customer service questionnaire to our clients after ever closing, and this one came back with great feedback.  Besides giving me 10 on service, professionalism and knowledge of the Real Estate Process this is what my client said.

Take Notes:  Make a not of you shipment registration number and keep it with you in case you need to callyour mover with questions about your shipment.
