 I get quite a bit of feedback from other agents complaining that open houses are a waste of time. They will tell me that they don't know about the real estate market in Vancouver, Washington, but in THEIR market nobody ever shows up to open houses. My answer is always the same, "I agree. Right now I am sitting at our model home at Ashley Manor. Ashley Manor is in Felida, a neighborhood in Vancouver Washington. Ashley Manor is a neighborhood of 10 custom homes starting in the $600,000 range. The builders, Morgan Broderick, build awesome custom homes and we are very excited to be part of this project.
