A while back I commented on David L. Britt's post Real Estate Tips: Referrals.  He had compiled a great list of resource types. I had received a call that day from a fellow chamber of commerce member asking me if I knew any professional sign twirlers. I mentioned this in my comment on David’s blog. David’s response was – what’s a sign twirler? It never occurred to me that this was not a national thing. Sign twirlers are pretty common in Southern California. People use them to draw attention to a number of things, sales, housing developments and new businesses. I wanted to be able to show David what a sign twirler is and I found this on YouTube. It’s a great representation of how competitive business can get on some SoCal street corners.

This may be worth a try for your next open house!
