Does a staged home really make a difference in a real estate transaction? You bet it does! Ask any buyer, seller or real estate agent that has been involved in a staged home sale.
A staged home really does 'Set the Stage' for a successful closing. When a property is properly prepared to be placed on the market, the seller will go through the house, inside/out, and make necessary repairs, updates and take care of any maintenance issues. The home will be detailed, de-personalized and clutter-free.
