Yorba Linda is now ranked as the richest city per capita in the United States with a average annual income of $217,000. You would think that alone would make it a great place to live, but it is the "small town" flavor of the city and the friendly people who make it stand above the crowd.
Kerrigan Ranch is a newer area of fine homes and estates. There are currently 31 properties for sale ranging from $1.3 to $3.8 million. There have been 7 SOLDS in this area, including 3 in an estate development "The Manors"
