I have never been a very big vacation doer. Don't get me wrong I have done plenty of one and two week stints of traveling but by the 2nd week I am ready to go home. Home to my bed, my couch, my food, my slop around clothes and my front porch sipping coffee in the early morning air. Yep, long weekend get aways are more my cup of tea.

Having being blessed with being an Annapolis native I have seen this special plot of land located on the  outskirts of Annapolis evolve from a dog track way back in the day, to an outdoor mall to it's current status as The Annapolis Towne Center. Offering beautiful condos with a roof top pool that allows you to see all the way to the Chesapeake Bay, fine restaurants, stores from Target to Whole Foods and private office space as well.

My Last Settlement BEFORE The Rules Change- Oh MY!!!
Interesting, interesting. I just finished my last settlement before the RULES change. What rules you may ask? The TIL rules.
TIL or Truth in Lending will be forever changed come the end of this month but I have been hearing from the lenders and title companies that I deal with that most of them are instituting them at the beginning of this month. Why wait for the inevitable they are saying. So basically this is what the rule is saying:
