Yesterday at a closing I heard these words spoken from a Buyer. Why should I trust you? I just met you and do not even know you. What brought up this conversation? Well his agent mentioned to me that a video recorder was running in the corner of the room to document the closing for the Buyer. The Buyer wanted to explain why.
