This wonderful gazebo has electric and water, a ceiling fan, fridge, storage cabinets to hold the music system along with speakers and big enough to hold a good size table and chairs. This years parade starts at 10 am and goes till 12 with a memorial ceremony from 12 to 12:30 at the Susan B Campbell Park at the City Dock. The parade will line up on Amos Garrett Blvd, make its way down west St, around Church Circle and down Main St to the City Dock. The parade will feature military veterans, marching groups and the Naval Academy Band which will be preforming at the memorial service. It was update time of what the market is doing and what is planned for marketing. After our meeting we took a break on the front porch when a car drove up and stopped. You could tell they were looking intently at the home so I waved and motioned them in. My sellers asked if I knew them and I said no but I am about to. Happy Memorial Day My Brother. These Flags Are Flying For You Each year for any holiday that has an inkling to do with remembering or honoring our military, American Flags go up around my home. It is just something I have always done and always will. When my brother was with me a few years ago he would beg me to allow him to put them out for me. Like everyone I use email quite often and have found it to be a great way to keep track of what was said. A Special Gift From My Mother Roses were my Mother's absolutely favorite flower. She and Dad cultivated quite a rose garden when I was growing up. It was a sight to behold and the mix of fragrances as you walked through the garden made any day a beautiful day. Mother passed away when I had barely turned 13 but her love of roses has carried forward with me all these years. Nothing unusual there as there are statues at many government building around Annapolis. However the unusual on these statues is that someone is dressing them for the holidays These Bovine beauties are udderly charming and from Valentines Day to Christmas are adorned with finery for the season. Like many others across the nation I knew Picnik was closing. Yes I was one of those that was sad and disappointed but most of all I was wondering what I was going to use to replace it. Just recently I heard about Ribbet, which sounds like the perfect replacement but alas they have me on a waiting list. Ok....Even though I knew Picnik was closing I did not make it a top concern. Nope, I put it on the back burner as something I would get to when I had time. Well it's time as now a huge problem (3 comments)

Heres something that never crossed my mind after the earthquake we had last year. Radon levels rising. Makes sense though. And if you are on a well and/or septic it behooves to have them throughly inspected. Better safe than sorry. Good reminders Jeff.
