Real Estate and Diabetes...Can The Two Co-Exist? Before I answer that question let me say that I am a diabetic. I have been living with the highs and lows of this medical condition for around 14 years now. It was a bummer when I first found out but not surprising. My father had diabetes and my sister too and she passed away just over a year ago from complications of the disease. It is not an easy disease to live with or control. The rental market is hot in Crofton. I put this end unit townhouse on the market for $1900 and had 4 applications within the matter of a few days. The landlord had done a great job of keeping this home in great condition and between the last tenants who stayed 4 years and this tenant he installed a new kitchen and some new flooring and he always keeps it freshly painted and maintained.
