How an Active Rain Gathering, A Maryland Margaret and a GPS turned into a ONE ACT COMEDY ADVENTURE When I heard a few weeks ago that Mary Yonkers was coming to Baltimore and that Margaret Rome was hosting an Active Rain gathering I knew I was going no matter what. And no matter what almost got in the way as I was just out from an unplanned hospital stay and recovering.But I digress. It's Sunday night and the busy week and weekend has come to an end. As I sit here in the quiet of the night planning my coming week I started thinking about the week that just passed. My thoughts went to how much of what makes up my weeks has to do with the time I spend on Active Rain. How you may be asking?? Well.... I am so glad you asked. LOL!

Now I do not even sell real estate in Baltimore but Margaret Rome was doing a book signing last night, her first since writing her first book Real Estate the Right Rome Way. But that was all I needed to head to the Live Baltimore event being held at the beautiful new Symphony Center apartment complex in downtown Baltimore. 

Live Baltimore is a non profit organization that promotes living in one of the many wonderful neighborhoods Baltimore has to offer. Last Friday, or was it Saturday??? This time of year all the days seem to run together, I received a contact from      The FHA EXPERT, Jeff Belonger. (Sorry Jeff, wrong photo but it looks good don't you think?) Seems he was coming down from his neck of the woods to watch the Redskins beat the Eagles on Sunday and while here he decided to contact a few Active Rainers for an impromptu holiday get together over lunch. After a little juggling over where that lunch would be we all met up at Famous Daves just outside Annapolis near our Mall.
