And it is conveniently located for heading to Annapolis, a quick trip to Rt 97 towards Baltimore and even Washington DC is easily obtainable. Sales in February were up by 37% over the previous month and up 77% over February a year ago!! Sales in December were up 30% from November 2011 and held strong over December 2010. The number under contract is a healthy 24. All in all sales in Crownsville are holding there own.

From waterfront, water access, estate homes and everything in between, Crownsville is a great area to call home. And it is conveniently located for heading to Annapolis, a quick trip to Rt 97 towards Baltimore and even Washington DC is easily obtainable. Sales in October were down from September by 5 yet were up from October of 2010 by 3. Active listings have dropped also and the number under contract is a healthy 21. All in all sales in Crownsville is doing better year over year.
