Crownsville Market Report- December 2011   Crownsville offers a variety of homes and lifestyle. From waterfront, water access, estate homes and everything in between, Crownsville is a great area to call home. And it is conveniently located for heading to Annapolis, a quick trip to Rt 97 towards Baltimore and even Washington DC is easily obtainable. Sales in December were up 30% from November 2011 and held strong over December 2010. The number under contract is a healthy 24. All in all sales in Crownsville are holding there own.
