On average Heritage Harbour homes are selling for 96.81% of their list price.  Sellers helped buyers with their closing costs 8 out of the 14 sales with a low of $2,730 on a $136,500 sale and $15,367 on a $395,000 sale. Heritage Harbour Market Report for January 2012   With its wonderful location on the edge of Annapolis and the amazing amenities within Heritage Harbour is the premier Annapolis 55+ community.Heritage Harbour closed sales equaled closed sales seen in December. However closed sales January 2012 trumped closed sales in January 2011 by 84%. Great news on the Heritage Harbour home front. As for average sales price Heritage Harbour saw an increase of 22%. The average sales price declined in December which is pretty normal for the winter market. Days on market declined from an average of  73 days in November to an average of 63 days in December.  There currently are 9 homes under contract.

September 2011 Market Report for  Heritage Harbour With its wonderful location on the edge of Annapolis and the amazing amenities within (including golf!!); Heritage Harbour is the premier Annapolis 55+ community.Heritage Harbour saw 4 less home sales in September over August. The low and average sales price dropped in September but the number of homes available for sale remained the same. Days on market dropped from an average of 128 days in August to 89 days in September.
