After moving several times with small children in tow I knew personally just how stressful it could be on them. Sometimes it seemed as if the move was a 'bigger' deal to them then it was to me and to me it was huge. So when I decided to make real estate my career one of the first things I did was put together a Childrens Listing Agreement form. When You Go With Whats Best For The Seller...Things Always Seem To Work Out Last summer I was contacted by a Seller who had some questions for me about her home. No she was not listed with me. She had actually found me on Active Rain. She had also just withdrawn her listing with another agent and was thinking about re-listing. I made an appointment to meet. Upon arrival I knew this home was special. It was a waterfront beauty beautifully set into nature with a 'zen' like quality about the home. Sellers Estimated Net Sheet- Do One At Every Listing Appointment Last week I was contacted by email and asked if I would be interested in coming over to do a listing presentation. They said they had already interviewed 3 agents but a friend of theirs told them they should interview me too before making their final decision. Naturally I said yes and the appointment was set and off I went. Now my listing appointments are never about me and always about them. Their plans, their needs, their concerns, their wants.
