Are You just letting the rain drops slip through your fingers?
This morning while keeping myself occupied while I have time on floor duty, I thought I would check Active Rains Q & A section, as I do periodically. Sometimes it's very interesting reading, and sometimes it can be beneficial, but at the least it's educational.
This mornings posts were interesting, and potentially beneficial for another agent, Not myself! Although they say what goes around also comes around? So since I like to Pay it Forward! I thought I would quickly send off a brief email to the potential agent in the area of the query.
So I copied and pasted the inquiry and sent it off, and recommended the agent I contacted, contact the inquirer. I believe they will, and likely sooner than most would. Hopefully the outcome of my small bit of intervention, proves beneficial to the agent.
I'm sure that this potential client won't realize who actually helped them, but the agent will know! By the way, for the agent that I sent the Q & A question. No need for thanks! Just appreciate my effort to reach out and help someone, actually two separate parties, the client and you the agent.
