Canada and their neighbors to the south the USA shared more than good will and a common border today!  Both countries have fought enemies throughout history, and generally prevailled through time and history.

Today's game was exciting, envigorating, and an absolute thriller to watch. CANADA won todays game after a struggling team USA fought their way back from a 2-0 … (15 comments)

BarCamp Indianapolis, Indiana, Jan. 25,2010 was a Live & Learn scenario just as I anticipated it would be, and I managed to make new friends along the way.  The key factor was learning, and I learned a lot.  I'm hopefully going to put all that information into practice, and benefit from the ROI. Not that it cost me much $25 for Parking, $23 for lunch including the tip. An appreciation and education for what Real Estate Agents & Brokers are passionate about, PRICELESS!!!

Many, Many, Many! of us are connected to the Military, whether it's direct involvement through ourselves or Family, or Friends, and clients?

Having both a personal connection through marriage, my Step- Grandson will be deployed again for second tour in Iraq, but my guess would be more like Afganastan.  Regardless it places him in harms way.

Columbus Indiana Takes another "Big Hit"
Yet again, Columbus Indiana takes another "Big Hit" to its residents and its economy, which will invariably be impacted.  The flood in June of 2008 devastated businesses and some home owners.  But the world's economy, the National economy, and overall recession,  have trickled down to one of Columbus's major employers, and employees.
Cummins announced about a month ago, they were laying off approximately 600 jobs, Yesterday in the Republic headlines they announced a further 800 Job losses, see the copy of the memo sent to Cummins employees.

real estate: It's a "Sad State of Affairs" or is it "Opportunity Knocking?" - 01/09/09 12:45 AM
It's a "Sad State of Affairs" or is it "Opportunity Knocking?"

Yes!, even here in Columbus Indiana, it's a sad state of affairs! Or is it opportunity knocking, where the housing market and Real Estate, have been minimally affected by the down turn in the economy, and many homes were ravaged with the Flood. But is it a "Sad State of Affairs?", or is, "Opportunity Knocking!", a question that is not so easily answered. When people ask me, I say "It's sad for some and opportunistic for others!"  With the lowest interest rates in years, that creates a great incentive … (2 comments)

real estate: Point2NLS Change is Coming! It Seems The Free Ride Is Over! - 02/21/08 08:59 AM
Change is Coming! It Seems The Free Ride Is Over!  It saddened me to read this today. For months now I have been working on a strategic plan to fully implement and use Point2NLS to totally dominate my marketplace.  In fact today, just before receiving this email alert I just finished purchasing 75 more domain names. You can guess where they were to be used, maybe not how they were to be used.
I started my real estate career researching, researching the best product for the money.  And as far as I was concerned you couldn't have found a better product/web site … (20 comments)

I'm scanning the isles, finally zeroing in on the correct location and begin searching for what I consider to be viable medication. A gentleman walks up beside me, I glance up momentarily, and there stands a salesman for Sam's Club that I know. He doesn't ask me how I am, he asks How Is Real Estate? I explain the current market conditions, almost … (6 comments)

real estate: Safety Tip! For Male or Female, Real Estate Business People - 02/10/08 08:47 AM
We've all heard the horror story recently involving agents and  showing properties, or even "open houses" have a similar amount of potential danger. No one expects anything sinister to happen, but there are evil people out there, lurking in the crowds.
Well while driving along the other day I had an idea! Lights started going off! Here I sat, leaving a message to myself through voice-mail, but that wasn't it! I looked down and there in front of me was my  "voice recorder!"
Perfect!, tapes are pretty good length, so just before you encounter a potential sinister scenario, "Click it On!".Why not? You … (20 comments)
