Quincy, Massachusetts Homes Sold - Year to Date (10/31/2009)
 At the end of October, there were 135 homes on the market with an average list price of $423,823 and a days on market of 98.  59 homes are pending with an average list price of $356,061  The lowest priced home is $174,900 and the highest is at $809,000.
 

There were 323 homes sold YTD in Quincy MA with an average sales price of $329,726.  This reflects a decline of -3.45% for the selling prices.  The average days on market for homes sold 92 and a list-to-sell ration of 96%.

Quincy Massachusetts  Condo Market Report - October 2008
The average selling price for condominiums sold in the month of October 2008 was $ 250,618 which is a substantial decrease from $ 333,268 for the same time period in 2007. 
The number of homes sold slightly increased from 25 to 27 with the average days on market decreased from 163 to 134.  At this moment there are 205 condominium listings in Quincy, compared to 274 condominium last year.
