If this is true, then Congress and the Judiciary is not doing their job of maintaining the integrity of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Freedom of American citizens.
On March 16, 2012, the President signed an Executive Order which is basically a blueprint for Peacetime Martial Law.  Read it for yourself in the link below.  There doesn't even have to be a war now, because as worded in the Order, it is for "PREPAREDNESS".
