As you know, every media "expert is still hammering away on the market" warning everyone that things are bad bad bad. Yes, this has been a rough year for all of us in real estate, however we do see signs that point ahead to a slower steady positive growth which is a welcome sign of relief. I still believe that right now is a great time to purchase a home.....not flip properties. The "irrational exhuberance" as Greenspan alluded to about the tech stock scenario is exactly what happened in the real estate scenario we have been dealing with. If you're looking for … (1 comments)
