After speaking with a local lender recently, he informed me that projections for the Montgomery County Ohio area will be blasted with a new round of foreclosures in October.
Hopefully with all of the recent changes in the lending guidelines and new government regulations this type of negative information will become a thing of the past.

Well, I've been writing about all of the new developments happening around Monroe for the past several months.  It's happened...The roads are a MESS as they are NOT done with all of the various construction projects and the mall is drawing people into the area by the hundreds of thousands...
What do U think will happen to area home prices?  I already know...
