If you are a first time home buyer and are in need of down payment assistance. Often this can be done in the form of a GRANT. There are several ways that you can get the help that you deserve. Just some food for thought... IF you are an agent and want to survive in this marketplace, you seriously need to brush up on your knowledge and/or skills involving short sales. I've written several contract offers lately and due to the price declines present, the majority of the offers that I am writing are on short sale properties. That's my advice for the day to my fellow colleagues! Make it a great one! (0 comments)
Update for you on the traffic mess... - 10/11/09 06:53 PM
The I-75 and St. Rt. 63 interchange is STILL a MESS! If you come to our area, especially on the weekends, be prepared for long traffic delays. I'm thrilled to pieces with the recent opening of the Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall (although I haven't been there yet as I don't want to fight the crowds). It is a big boom to our local economy with the added jobs and revenues. However, I would have been even more excited if our transportation department had started all of the road construction several months before they did in order to accomodate for the HUGE (0 comments)
