If you are a first time home buyer and are in need of down payment assistance.  Often this can be done in the form of a GRANT.  There are several ways that you can get the help that you deserve.

Short Sales - 10/13/09 12:32 PM
Just some food for thought...
IF you are an agent and want to survive in this marketplace, you seriously need to brush up on your knowledge and/or skills involving short sales.
I've written several contract offers lately and due to the price declines present, the majority of the offers that I am writing are on short sale properties.
That's my advice for the day to my fellow colleagues!

Update for you on the traffic mess... - 10/11/09 06:53 PM
The I-75 and St. Rt. 63 interchange is STILL a MESS!
If you come to our area, especially on the weekends, be prepared for long traffic delays.  I'm thrilled to pieces with the recent opening of the Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall (although I haven't been there yet as I don't want to fight the crowds).  It is a big boom to our local economy with the added jobs and revenues.
However, I would have been even more excited if our transportation department had started all of the road construction several months before they did in order to accomodate for the HUGE … (0 comments)
