I recently posted a request for some agents to handle some leads for us.
Our brokerage is approaching 50 agents and we have only been in business a mere 6 months.
Part of our rapid growth and success is due in part to the high volume of leads that we are providing our agents.
The other part is the huge commission splits that we offer!

The 2 fastest growing counties in SW Ohio are... I enjoyed reading the following information on the Western Star Press website about Butler and Warren counties, situated between two of the largest metros in the state, came out winners in the 2010 Census.
They were the only counties to make gains in the last decade in the region. The surrounding counties of Hamilton, Montgomery and Preble lost counts, according to the U.S. Census.

Our company, Home Experts Realty, receives several leads/referrals on a daily basis for people looking to buy a home or acreage in  Ohio and we simply cannot keep up with the demand.
We currently do not have any agents residing in the southern areas of Ohio and it is quite tasking trying to accommodate all of the showing requests, etc.
We REALLY need to find a few good agents who'd be interested in receiving and working said leads.  A lot of them are already pre-approved buyers and we get requests for listing agents as well.

If you are a Realtor and your company charges your a 5-7% franchise fee on every closing, additional $199 buyer commission or more, on a 65% split, and are paying "desk fees" and so on....WHY are you still doing it??? Our company does not charge franchise fees, we do not charge the buyer $199 to use our services, we do not charge desk fees and the majority of our agents are getting 90% commission and we even give them referral's to help grow their business! I've been blogging on here on and off for years.  I must admit, at first I was skeptical about garnering any new business from this forum, but that has long passed.  I've picked up numerous clients simply because they enjoy reading my posts and sharing vital information with them.
I've also picked up on some of the "referrals" offered on AR from out of state people.

Home Experts Realty was born on April 15, 2011.
We are a semi new company, but there is nothing new about our experience and agents. Our broker is Clyde Corle, former President of a larger national brokerage. He and his wife, Pat Law Corle lead the company followed by minority partners, Marty Snyder, Greg Hancock, Christina Asad Edwards and Erika VanHyfte in no particular order.
