I recently posted a request for some agents to handle some leads for us.
Our brokerage is approaching 50 agents and we have only been in business a mere 6 months.
Part of our rapid growth and success is due in part to the high volume of leads that we are providing our agents.
The other part is the huge commission splits that we offer!

Home Experts Realty based out of Centerville Ohio is looking for new agents immediately!
We pay as high as 90% commission with minimal fees! The agent is responsible for their own board fees, a $10.00 monthly website fee and a 2% transaction fee for each closing. That's it!
E&O insurance is provided by the company. You are responsible for the cost of your yard signs and business cards.

Our company needs agents ASAP as we have a huge marketing campaign in process.
The former President and VP of another HUGE real estate company left the company and launched Home Experts Realty on Friday, April 15th. We are now an "agent centric" type of company.
They built their former company to over a dozen offices in a few short years with over 400 agents.
Pat and Clyde are determined to outdo their successes!
An agent with less than 10 closings in the past 12 months start at a 70/30 split.
Total closings less than $1 million in previous 12 months, you can be at a 80/20 split.

First off, Happy Easter everyone!
Secondly, a funny thing just came to mind. Why is it that some agents will use the same photo for years upon years even though in some cases, their appearance has changed dramatically?
I'm guilty of the same thing. I've lost about 20 pounds since my photo was taken. However, my excuse is that I don't like to put on a suit, not even for a photo. LOL.

I've been blogging on here and on Facebook pleading for other agents to help with the flow of new buyer leads we are getting the past few days...
I don't know if agents are too afraid to leave their current companies or what, but the expected amount of agents coming aboard is no where near where we need to be!!!
Our company was just born on Friday and we're already approaching two dozen agents, but we REALLY need MORE ASAP!!!

We as real estate professionals need to be well aware of our surroundings. You'd have to be vision impaired if you didn't notice what is going on all around us. I keep hearing people say, "I'm not selling a thing" or "this market sucks" and on and on...
Well, I saw the writing on the wall awhile back and decided to make some changes in my career pathway.
