Just wanted to take a moment and reflect on 2011. It was a very exciting year for me! Our company, Home Experts Realty was born on tax day of 2011. We have since grown to almost 50 agents in such a short amount of time. We've already opened 4 offices with more planned to open in the near future. Our mortgage partner offers a product that is very similar to the type of financing available when buying a HUD owned home with repair escrows. Instead of using a more costly FHA 203k renovation loan, you might want to consider checking with our mortgage partner and see if his FHA 203b with repair escrows would be a better fit for you. First off, Happy Easter everyone! Secondly, a funny thing just came to mind. Why is it that some agents will use the same photo for years upon years even though in some cases, their appearance has changed dramatically? I'm guilty of the same thing. I've lost about 20 pounds since my photo was taken. However, my excuse is that I don't like to put on a suit, not even for a photo. LOL. I actually use a mix of photos when blogging etc with more recent photos. I'm more of a casual guy and a the majority of my clients are

I've been blogging and publishing posts for a very long time and I'm still only number 70 in Ohio. After reviewing several of the point profiles for some of my colleagues I've noticed a lot of them have zero posts, but their points and ranking is far above mine. If you would be so kind to help me figure this out, it'd be very much appreciated. I know that blogging can be very helpful with getting your name and information out to the public and I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong or could be doing more of. Please help

I just thought I'd share a story about something that happened to me recently. A local REO agent just cost me a huge commission check because she didn't do HER job. The contract clearly stated and the seller agreed, the utilities would be activated by the listing agent. After numerous attempts to get her to keep up her end of the contract, my buyer's decided that it was a bad omen and walked away from the deal. He was also told by his employer that his job was in jeopardy and the listing agent's lack of performance on the listing agent's end was the
