low down payment: $5000 Grant Money available in Ohio for buying a home - 02/10/12 05:09 PM

Are you in the market to buy a home in Ohio? Here are a few things to think about. FHA is in trying to decide if they are going to cap seller paid closing costs at 3 or 4%. Right now, a seller can contribute up to 6% of the purchase price on behalf of the buyer to cover their closing costs. Once the new regulations take place, it is going to further crimp thousands of people's abilities to purchase a home with little money out of pocket. This change is expected within the new few months, if not sooner.

low down payment: How do some people get so many points with so few posts??? - 04/17/11 07:13 AM

I've been blogging and publishing posts for a very long time and I'm still only number 70 in Ohio.
After reviewing several of the point profiles for some of my colleagues I've noticed a lot of them have zero posts, but their points and ranking is far above mine.
If you would be so kind to help me figure this out, it'd be very much appreciated.
I know that blogging can be very helpful with getting your name and information out to the public and I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong or could be doing more of.
