referrals: Leads and Referrals...Agents! - 10/26/11 11:06 AM

I recently posted a request for some agents to handle some leads for us.
Our brokerage is approaching 50 agents and we have only been in business a mere 6 months.
Part of our rapid growth and success is due in part to the high volume of leads that we are providing our agents.
The other part is the huge commission splits that we offer!
Check out our commission structure and see if our company would be of interest to you. We are also looking for satellite offices throughout the state of Ohio.

referrals: We NEED your help handling our huge load of buyers and sellers!!! - 02/18/11 07:15 AM

We need HELP!!! My business partner and I have generated a ton of leads and we are looking for fellow Real Living Realty agents to help alleviate the load! Please send an email to marty.snyder@realliving.com and let us know that you are interested in receiving referrals from us! These will be people of all sorts. Some are 1st time buyers, some will be investors. Some are preapproved and some will be needing guidance with credit repair. We have Butler and Warren Counties in Ohio covered already, but really need help with the outlying areas and soon!

referrals: AVAILABLE REFERRALS FOR YOU!!! - 01/16/10 04:51 PM

I am constantly asked about whether or not I work with "land contracts." In all honesty, I am very busy and I don't have the experience nor desire to work with them. I am constantly driving clients all over SW Ohio showing them HUDS and foreclosed homes and I need a little breathing room here and there.
If anyone is interested in receiving leads for buyers seeking to do land contracts, please let me know. I get several requests for them daily and I'm willing to share them for a measily 20% tip fee.
