I just acquired two major investors that have from $10m to $100m to invest in REO owned properties to find that I can't find anyone with a list of homes for sale.  My investors are looking for 20-50 homes in a bundle since the costs to acquire the "inventory" would be spread out among the properties.  My firm and I can handle this type of volume, but we cannot make the connection to find the "right" person at the REO Department.  It seems banks would prefer to "piece meal" the properties and sell them one at a time.  This is so frustrating...finally someone with the "cash" who wants to close quickly; and we can't find the right bank or investment group.

We've been offered and several occasions to purchase "secured" mortgages that naturally are in default, but my investors want the properties...not the notes.   There is so much garbage and fraud out there and we know what we are looking for is rare.  So if you know of any firm or investor who wants to unload multiple properties in a "bundle" let me know.  We are interested in all 5 Boros of New York City and Long Island.

I can be reached at marty@martysorrentino.com.  Any serious inquires are welcome.  We are willing to pay a "finders" fee to the individual who can make the connection for us.

I do like Mondays!
Marty Sorrentino (REMAX Innovations)
Mondays are probably the busiest in my real estate week. It is the day that the prospecting, showings, etc. will result in follow up and hopefully offers to purchase. They say "Deals are made… and deals are lost on Mondays! ". This is so very true…
