I need an agent that is based in the Jacksonville Florida area.  I have just acquired the deed to a property that I will be listing that is located in the 32218 zip code.  I need an agent that can do a joint venture marketing with me to show and sell this home very fast.  A foreclosure action has already begun.  I will handle the bank an attorney from my end.  I need an agent that can give me real deal comps and true FMV.  The property is one year old and I believe it to be a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 or 3 bathroom.  I hope to go up to Jacksonville this weekend to check it out.
