vacant home staging: On The market for a year - staged then sold during the Open House! - 10/08/07 10:58 PM

Here is my latest project-complete with a happy ending. After buying the property, renovating, waiitng a year and THEN staging, the owner accepted an offer right at the Open House. Some even asked if the home came furnished!
