Am I running into a streak of bad luck or what?  Showed 2 homes this week that were REALTOR owned and they were way overpriced.  1 has their house priced $170,000 over comps.  Everyone that has viewed it says it isn't even worth what he paid for it.  Another 1 had his home overpriced by over $100,000.  What are they thinking?
