There are plenty of Killeen Fort Hood homes for sale at the moment, and I think I may have seen them all this summer! Last weekend's buyers and I saw 11 houses for sale in Killeen and Copperas Cove, and seems like all we saw was one home after another with NO landscaping, ankle high weeds, expanses of dead grass yard, and even more homes for sale with untreated wood privacy fencing that is suffering in the hot sun. UPDATE: The shooter is paralyzed and is at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio where he has been charged with 13 specifications of premeditated murder. He is also charged with 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.
Local news is reporting that the main shooter, a US Soldier, is dead and 12 others are dead also. 31 wounded are reported at this time, and two other suspects are in custody. Great news from local Fort Hood lenders this morning! Late yesterday afternoon the VA rate plummeted from 6.75% to 6% and stressed buyers can, for the moment, give a sigh of relief.
