Our home in Tech Terrace sold earlier this month. I shared last month about our frustration that it hadn't sold, lagging showings, etc. We ended up paying for a crew to come in and paint several rooms, neutralizing and brightening the look of the house. My husband rebuilt the fence on the east side of our backyard. And lastly, we staged the home ourselves. Two weeks later we had a contract! So even though it cost some money, time, and energy, the changes we made did help sell our house. I'm now, more than ever, a fan of staging. What a … (0 comments)
