lubbock neighborhoods: Rained in Lubbock! Home Hunt Begins!

Praise the Lord that it rained in Lubbock yesterday. We had no appreciable/measurable rain since last October. Bad news is the rain came in pretty fast and our ground was so hard...lots of run off and some street flooding. Still, needed the rain mucho. Beginning a house hunt for myself and hubby! Downsizing from 2800 sq feet with almost 2 acres, large pool, huge workshop located in Ransom Canyon to a house in Lubbock. My wish list.
