     Here in New England, selling a home during the winter months can be especially challenging.  Dreary, cold, wet weather combined with a hectic holiday season can keep buyers away and heighten fears of a home staying on the market longer than wanted. However, I do have several suggestions to help a seller increase the saleability of their home during the winter months.
