Don't Demolish This Historic Home!!! - 07/26/11 11:37 AM
 One of my most pressing concerns at the moment is trying to help a seller save a historic home which the City ofAlbanyhas declared worthy of being demolished. The house would be the first to be demolished underAlbany’s “dangerous buildings” ordinance adopted in 2006. This is an example of the sort of situation Realtors may find themselves in because homes are linked to lives; on some level, someone else’s life is in my lands because people need a voice when going through a property rights situation like this.
