Using "FaceTime" for an Inspection - 05/29/12 07:20 AM
Recently I completed my first inspection using the FaceTime app on my Ipad.  My buyers had come to Kansas City over a three day visit, purchased a house, and started to plan a return trip for inspections.  The cost of a plane ticket was going to be over $1000…a huge sum to spend for a short 48 hour visit.  My 14 year old daughter came up with the idea of using FaceTime.
 
It worked out great!  I got the wifi password from the seller and connected with the buyers.  With each inspector (whole house, termite, chimney/fireplace), I held the Ipad … (2 comments)
