Here in the dog days of summer...the selling and buying market is still very strong in Brookside! Usually from mid August to mid September, there is a slow down as people take last minute vacations, get kids back in school, have a long Labor Day weekend. Normally, April through June is very strong for home purchases--with the pandemic going on, I think we will see a slowdown in the coming weeks.
