Does Real Estate sell in the winter?
Of course it does! Two things come to mind to confirm that answer.
1. MLS listings posted with numerous interior and exterior pics help the potential buyer get a "feel" for the property. If it appears to "fit", and they need a home, they will venture out-even in this weather.
2. Relocation takes place year round. Circumstances change and so does the need to move. There are fair weather buyers, and there are "gotta do it asap" buyers.
