I have been showing a lot of homes at Siena in Summerlin, an Active Adult Community, where we live, in the Las Vegas Valley.  An interesting phenomenon is taking place here as there are only 63 active listings available FOR SALE. Wow! A bold prediction on Bucks part. As I wrote in an earlier e-mail, the Homes priced from $90,000 to $200,000 are stable and creeping up a bit.

There are a high number of homeowners that had previously applied to have their loans modified that are leaving the program. The link below will take you to an Associated Press article that appeared in the Palm Beach Post this past week.
