The state motto for Arkansas is "The Natural State." I live in Jonesboro in the Delta region, surrounded by farmland, but have spent this last weekend in Mountain View, on the White River and in the "hills." Not mountains, but hills. The leave are turning this weekend, the sun is shining, and it is truly beautiful. Mountain View is known for its music, and on any given day around the Courthouse Square in the center of town, people gather to play their music.
