I am excited to announce my association with Hunt Realty in Western New York. We continue our equine real estate service in Western PA through Northwood Realty Equine Division but have expanded to Western NY. On a trip there last spring I noticed the overabundance of horse properties around East Aurora, NY. Research bore out my hunch that it is a strong location for an equine real estate office. When Selling a Farm the Equipment is an Important Part - 10/19/09 05:04 PM
I often have to face the issue of what to do with farm equipment present on a farm for sale. I found this article helpful at http://www.ehow.com/how_2099090_sell-used-farm-equipment.html. Although my preference is not to include the equipment with the farm sell. Why? When it comes time to negotiate price it is always good to have a few "pot sweeteners" sitting in the equipment shed.

I found this article on eHow.com to be interesting. I don't disagree with the author's steps. There are shortcomings to several of the options. The best option is to use a real estate agent with a strong background in selling farm or horse farm properties.
