 When I first heard about Blogging and Social Networking, I foolishly thought no way do I have time for that extra nonsense, nor did I think it would lead to anything.  Further, I signed up for some social network to keep a friend happy, but in my haste I should have noted the hearts around the logo for the site.  I kept getting emails from people (20 years my senior no less) wanting to go out on dates with me.  For goodness sakes, I am very happily married to a great man and I have 2 darling daughters who are both in college!   I … (4 comments)

The Internet has become such a great resource for networking with fellow real estate agents.  Yet as we head into the new year don't forget to consider the resources right under your nose. 
Actively working with a fellow real estate agent can double your spending dollars.  By sharing ideas and trying different things together in a concerted marketing effort you can double your exposure, and cut your spending dollars in half.  No one knows the local market like yourself and another local realtor.

Increasing the Random Access Memory (RAM) on your computer is a snap. I found that at PC OEM World you can purchase RAM chips specific to your computer or notebook for a fraction of the price the Company for your computer or notebook will charge you. Further putting RAM into the slots is so easy you will wonder why you never did this easy upgrade yourself sooner.
