Many people in Winthorp Washington  and Methow Valley watched rain, and then more rain and then even more rain pour down swelling the rivers and streams in North Central Washington.  Flood warnings are in effect for North Central Washington.

If you live in Methow Valley, you know about mud season.  March when the snow thaws, although this year mud season was April, and November when the snow and rain start to come and go, fall and melt, fall and melt off.
