Gentlemen of Methow Valley Washington, you have no more excuses for looking a bit scruffy.  James Stutheit of Idaho is here with his brand new Barber Shop in Twisp Washington and located just behind the Twisp Orchid Restaurant, (which by the way is another local favorite for eating out).  That is right, located just across from the Twisp Community Center in the intriguing retail area with all the bright and cheery colors is our new Barber James

We are so lucky to be in beautiful Methow Valley where the music scene is hoppin and boppin.
This holiday Weekend Presidents Day February 2012 is shaping up to be a great one.  The snow is starting to fall from the sky for a much needed freshener for the ski trails and mountain resort.

Part 3 of Methow Valley Market Reports for 2012, month in review January 2012 Land Sales.  Previously we had the entire activity for both land and homes in Methow Valley, the market reports for just home sales in part 2  and now part 3 is the land sales for Methow Valley real estate based on the data provided by the North West Multiple Listing Service.

The long awaited new year statistics are just emerging for our Methow Valley real estate market. These are the all new and improved statistics from NWMLS courtesy of Trendgraphics.

Graph 1 shows January pending sales have increased to 11 as compared to Decemember having just 1.

That is right there will be not one, but two great Blue Grass bands coming to Methow Valley next week of February 10 and 11, 2012.  It is a fun coincidence that both the Old School House Brewery and the Twisp River Pub will sponsor this popular genre of music next week end.  Blue Grass and cross country skiing are just a great combo to guarantee that Winthrop Washington is the happening place to be next weekend.
