Take a look at the statistics for Methow Valley real estate September 2011 as compared to Methow Valley real estate September 2012. I think we have no other conclusion then a firm yes, this real estate market in beautiful Methow Valley is rebounding along with the overall national real estate market in general.
Inventory for Methow Valley real estate in September of 2011 was actually higher by a mere 2.5%, but the whole picture shows this as logical. Sold inventory for September 2012 in Methow Valley is up by 21.4% compared to Methow Valley real estate sales for September 2011. The … (2 comments)
