What is the market snapshot for today in Methow Valley real estate?

It is a windy Friday in Winthrop Washington with very cool spring temperatures. Today is typically the day we brokers get those personal property tours lined up for all the weekend warriors exploring real estate in beautiful Methow Valley the day before the weekend. Looking into the market update we have an increase in activity as expected for springtime with a total of 381 homes, land and commercial opportunities offered for sale across our 18 communities (listed below). Ordinary text in HTML documents is contained with the <P> and </P> container tags. One major difference between HTML and word processor documents is how HTML treats white space.
HTML does not recognize spaces created by the Tab key. It also does not recognize space created by multiple presses of the spacebar. It treats these as one space. If you do require large amounts of white space then you need other HTML tags such as <PRE>.
