Balloona Palozza, an annual event held by the City of North Las Vegas, is being held this year at Craig Ranch Regional Park, 780 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas on September 19th to 21st. Admissions FREE. BalloonaPalooza III, is a three-day hot air balloon festival, with approximately 21 balloons in flight. Clark County Comprehensive Planning did a survey and according to population estimates made the population in Clark County, NV grew to 1,912,654 in 2006: Over the 2005 estimate of 1,815,705 -this reflects a population growth of 5.3%.In 2007 population was expected to grow by 3.8 percent and another 4.6 percent in 2008. Bringing Clark County's population to 1,985,335 in 2007 and 2,076,661 in 2008.According to a new report from the county demographer, population growth in Clark County, NV appears to be slowing.
