DEAR SELLER,
I wish I could talk to you.   I'd tell you to ask your agent to give you a copy of the MLS listing - both the customer version and the agent version.   Several times lately, I've noticed that there's a significangt difference in the two versions.
The agent version sometimes is not at all exciting.  For example:
"Seller is still fixing up.."  "The dog just barks; harmless."   "The cats can be in or out."   "Be sure to ...." "Can't be shown until..." with that date being months in the past.   "Garage: 0", when remarks clearly mention the two-car garage.   … (6 comments)

KEYSTONE DENTAL CARE, Inc., is a non-profit clinic for low-income adults.  Last year they provided over a million dollars in dental care to homeless and other needy people in this area. 
Their big fund-raiser is the August 18-20 garage sale, to be held at the former site of Decorator's Warehouse, next to Kroger on Brown's Mill Road, behind Red Pig.  
If you have appliances, furniture, or home decor items to donate, they can pick up for you on Mondays and Thursdays, starting August 8, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.   Call Diane Dempsey, 895-9639, to schedule pickup.

LOCAL YOUNG ACTRESS IN FIDDLER ON THE ROOF - 08/05/11 12:02 PM
 
FIDDLER ON THE ROOF brings back happy memories for just about everyone and a lot of us have seen it more than once.   I missed a one-time performance on July 28 because I just didn’t know about it, but a friend who is a very proud mom sent me a message about it this morning.    
 
The “junior” version that was at Barter Theatre in Abingdon on July 28 hit YouTube yesterday.   There were 79 viewings of Tevye’s “Traditions” opening when I first looked and an hour later there were 169.

PLEASE GIVE ME A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN - WE'RE NOT ALL ALIKE.    I called you because the sign said "FOR SALE BY OWNER" and ithe house  looked like it could be charming with a little work on the yard.   I had to walk to the sign to copy the phone number, but I like houses with charm and I appreciate the challenge of selling a house on a busy street.
