I don't know how many times this has happened to me!  Seller calls to let me know that the Realtor who showed the home did not lock the back door!  Folks, we need to be responsible here!  We have liability when we do not lock doors!

My husband is a building contractor, and I work with several other builders.  In Arkansas builders are licensed with the state and they are required to have Workmen's Compensation.
